1. Do we have a Store? 
   Yes we have a store in Ahmedabad, you can visit us at from Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 7 pm.

2. Do we customise? 
   No, we currently do not customise. But if you have something specific in mind, and don’t find it on our website, do email us at contact@ahamjewellery.com We will try and get something similar for you.
   
   
3. Why is the product you received slightly different in colour than in the image shown on the website?
   

   We shoot our products in natural light and ensure that the colours are projected as close to the original.

   But every screen setting is different, and you may not see the same hues of colours.

   Also, most of  our products are handcrafted. So slight difference are natural and cannot be considered as manufacturing error.
   
   Also when we use natural and semi precious stones they will come with their own irregularities which again cannot be considered as a defect.
   
   

4. Will we get the same design again?
   Yes and No.
   Most of our pieces are one off’s and unique. so its difficult to get the exact same piece again. We may have similar pieces though. In case of Vintage silver, all pieces are single one of a kind.  So you will never find the same piece again.
   
   
5. How do you know if the size of the product is correct? 
   Do check our size guide page for more details.  Incase you have any doubts please get in touch with us over whatsapp or call on 8884445300 and we will be happy to help you with sizes. 
   Please check all information on sizes, length, weight, finish before placing your order.
   
   
6. Can you return a product if you do not like it or is not as per size you had in mind? 
   We accept return only in case if you receive a damaged product or is not as per your order. Do read our returns and exchanges page to know more.
